I am an experience designer, human-centered researcher, and business strategist. 

I love solving problems and understanding human motivations. I enjoy collaborating with creative people to deliver solutions that meet real human needs and make a positive impact in the world.

I have spent my life learning the tools necessary to create, tell stories, and lead change. 

I am currently am the Director of Design & Innovation at Sutter Health, one of the nation's largest non-profit healthcare systems.  I have worked as a both a hands-on designer and strategic researcher for startups, non-profits, service providers and tech companies. 

Constant learning keeps me on my toes. 

I have a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA in Design Strategy from California College of the Arts–a business program that combined the perspectives of design thinking, design research, strategic foresight, and sustainability.
